1953
Foundation & Artisan Legacy
Established in 1953 by Kishan Lal Ji and Bhagirath Ji Sharma in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, Vishwakarma Shilp Karyalay began with a singular vision to preserve the mastery of traditional Indian Shilp (Artmanship). We laid our foundation by manufacturing tubular furnitures and doing jobwork for other industries.
1962
Building Large Scale Cooling Plants
We expanded our manufacturing capabilities to engineer heavy-duty cooling plants(P&V units). These massive systems were built from the ground up to handle extreme heat and provide reliable climate control for demanding, large-scale industries, hospitals and cinema halls
1985
Building Our Own Stone Machinery
we diversified into manufacturing and supplying heavy machinery for stone processing. We began building the actual equipment used across the industry, providing other workshops with reliable machines for edge cutting, linear moulding, linear polishing etc.
1992
Creating Our First Floating Ball Fountain
We achieved a major manufacturing milestone by successfully building our very first ball fountain. We engineered a massive, solid stone sphere to float and rotate continuously on a thin layer of pressurized water, transforming heavy rock into a smooth, moving centerpiece.
1996 – 2004
Earning Industry-Wide Recognition and Best Display Trophies
Over the next decade, we entered competitive industry exhibitions and won several first and second-place awards. Our custom stone structures and innovative displays took 1st Prize at the All India Granites & Stone Association (1996), and consecutive "Best Stall" and "Best Products" titles at international stone fairs in 1996, 1999, 2002, and 2004.
2007 – 2019
Multiple Top Honors At Grand Stone Industry Expos
We continued our winning streak at the prestigious International Stone Industry Exhibitions, capturing 1st Prize for "Best Display of Products" (2007), 1st Prize for "Innovative Handicrafts" (2013), and 1st Prizes in 2009, 2015, and 2019 (along with a 2nd Prize in 2017). Over nearly three decades, we amassed a total of 13 prestigious national and international exhibition awards.

Natural Stone Craftsmanship Reaching Global Spaces
With 13 official awards behind us, we have grown from a local family workshop into a globally recognized producer of bespoke stone architecture. Today, we export award-winning fountains, custom building facades, and massive landscape monuments to client properties around the world.
